its my old msn nick. wanted to change my nick, but couldnt bear to let this beautiful quote go to waste, so there. it means "one can only see rightly with one's heart. what is essential is invisible to the eye." how true can that be.

anw thats not the point. im in such a frigging bad mood that im ruining the mood of everyone around me. but after browsing thru some of the blogs, i realised that im not the only one going thru a bad patch.
why is it that after u start slacking, your actual standard would drop as well, and when u decide that u wanna start working hard, its an uphill task. its no longer as easy as last time to do well;the false belief that you were proficient in it makes it hurt even more.
why is it also that, when some people develop pre-conceived notions of you, it is so hard to change their views of you? why is it that people always follow the crowd, and stick to the more boisterous, wickedly funny people and even though they may have different beliefs, choose to turn a blind eye to it and adopt the safer stand, sticking to the more popular crowd?
whats the difference between confident and cocky?
whats the difference between funny and irritating?
whats the difference between fun-loving and childish?
whats the difference between quiet and aloof?
whats the difference between cannot make it and bad attitude?
finally, i would like to bring you thru memory lane. remember when we were young, one thing we would do is throw rubbish at each other, like waste paper etc.? den we would shout "last touch! you last touch! hor hor littering..u better pick up and throw away!" sounds familiar? why is it that the one who eventually picks up the piece of litter to throw away is always seen as the weak one?
last but not least, when people taunt you, the strongest person would
(a) give him a punch right on his big fat nose
(b) slime him with ur entire dictionary of vocab
(c) walk away quietly
hmm just food for thought.
